Save command creates "Done" loop in certain DWG files

i have a user that is and has been having issues since upgrading to 2007 (nilla) with certain drawings that create a:

Done
Done
Done
Done
Done.....

Command line error (?) loop that locks up his machine. it's not every file, and those files don't affect every machine, and other users have had the same problem, but not with the same files. We're also still saving back down to 2004 format, but when not reverting versions, it's still an issue. They're also using EaglePoint, but i thought i'd ask here before i send him to those other dogs... :beer:

Need more information on what he was doing prior to this. It is probably EP causing the problem.
