Hello,
Our Design Build company has upgraded to ADT 2004. The software company that loaded it for us, downloaded the extensions but never installed them. I can not figure out how to install them & can not seem to find the answer online or in the help menu. Can anyone help me??
Thank you in advance.
Dean

Just for a public service, it would be nice to know
the name of this vendor, so we can be wary of this
level of 'service' from them.

This link will give you a hint as to the file name for the extention
although it is for ADT 3.3

The file name should be of the form ArchExt2i.exe, you are installing the International version. If the file name is ArchExt2.exe

If you are on the subscription program you should be able to download them form the AutoDesk site.

Note there are some special needs if this is being applied to your network
deployment image.

Thank you for responding Micheal.
"Software company" was a misnomer. They are actually a small, local computer company that we use. Mainly for hardware purposes. I have since found out that the owner of the company opted not to extend our subscription to AutoCad. I believe that eliminates any possibility of downloading the correct versions of the extensions. Unless, of course, I can prove the monetary value of the program.
Thankyou, again
