Recessed can in a sloped ceiling?

Can this even be done? I want a 3D can that stays versicle, and is sliced at the slope of the ceiling, and appears as a circle in RCP. Or am I just fantasizing about a light like this?

If you use a ceiling based lighting family, and use the opening tool to cut the hole, it'll follow the ceiling slope, and appear as a circle in your rcp.

You can stop right there, and it should render ok as you have the light source.

If you plan to model the can for the fixture, you'll most likely have to align lock a void extrusion to the face of the ceiling so it cuts any if the can that extends below...
