Need help with a roof.

This is an existing house, I'm working on an addition to it.

Most of the roof is fine--created using footprint. The gable over-framing @ each of the bay "bumps" (drawing right and left) is the problem. Right now they are modeled as separate roofs and just located as best as I can.

Is there a way to do this as one roof so cleanups are better?

Here you go, I fixed the area in the photograph, It's close but not perfect.
I scrapped all you roofs, used a two footprint roofs, the join roof tool, and the opening tool

will explain more later.....
