duplicate groups!?

I know it must be simple...

I have a small group of lines that I am trying to copy and paste in certain drawings, however, when I do this it shows up in all levels....?

I tried changing the phases- that didn't work...
I tried to turn group 14 off, but couldn't find it listed in visibility ....

Is there a way to fix this simple problem?

Are they model lines ?

perhaps....

do model lines show up in every level when drawn in one level? I've normally used detail lines, but I will check.

Yes. "Model" lines show up everywhere while detail lines tend to be viewed in just the view they were drawn/placed in.
