Does anyone know of a tutorial based on internal renderings?
I'm getting pretty good at the external views but inside seems much more difficult to capture.
Any general hints and tips would also be appreciated.
Alun.
This may be a head slapper, but I didn't get it at first. You need to have lights inside your building, or lots of windows. There is probably something to getting your textures to reflect more light to make daytime renderings work better with no internal lights on, but I haven't had much luck with that - or much understanding. But if I make sure there are lights in the room and that the lights are turned on (see the lighting button under the rendering tab), I don't seem to have much of a problem.
I also go into the settings and set the Radiocity and Raytrace settings to "Better."
Then, once the rendering is complete, you can further adjust the image using the "Adjust Image" selection. It lets you adjust brightness, contrast, indirect lighting, etc.
