I have Area Plans with tags showing the Unit Types (Unit A, B, etc). Now I want to be able to have a Ceiling Plan that I can also tag with the Area Tag and have Revit be able to read the already define area. Is this possible? I have tried "duplicate with detailing" the Area Plan and tried adjusting the view range, but that doesn't work because the range doesn't "look up" like in the Revit created ceiling Plans. I can't create area boundaries on the ceiling plans either. Will Plan region work? Or do I have to just go with plan old Text for the ceiling plans? Or does anyone have another "smarter" workaround?
