Is there a way to create this tapered and curved object in Revit? I will use it to create walls and the roof when i am done. Or is there a way to taper the top of a curved wall?

Make an extrusion, the shape of the vertical face closest to us in your sketch. The depth of the extrusion is the depth of the piece in your sketch.

what you've sketched out is simply an extrusion.draw the profile on the left side of the image and extrude it backward...

Hmmm...what you want is a "loft" tool! This is the perfect example for the need for a loft tool in Revit.
You can make that shape, but its going to be a combination of a soild and some voids. In fact, I think Phil Read posted a family he created that could make this shape, and was parametric to change sizes.

Why is it called a "loft" tool?
Loft makes me think of like loft apartments and such.

Or more control of the walls so we can taper and tilt them without going through these hoops. Do you know what Phil's screen name is?

I may have figured out an easier way. I can make my curved walls and then put a sloped roof on them and attach the walls to the roof to slope the wall. I have one question can a make a seperate object style for this roof so i can turn it off in my views but leave my other roofs on?

you can also attach a wall to a reference plane...
