Dynamic Blocks are the best thing since sliced bread.
I've created quite a few DBs for a very specific type of work. Grocery Stores. attached is a block for Dry Merchandise Shelving that can be put together in different lengths, but no matter what the length must have endcaps on it. It has 30 visibilty states. Is that a record? This block saves me so much time its amazing. One of the great things is being able to change the length of multiple runs by selecting them, then changing the visibility state in CHPROP.
I've also created a few blocks for all the different Hussmann case sizes, but there pretty simple, so i won't bother showing off those.
