Door opening to the exterior

I have a project where i want my door to report "EXT" when opening to he exterior. So i used room separation line to create an "exterior" room so that door point to this one. It works fine for my first level. My problem is at the level above. Those doors don't see the "exterior" room so the field is blank. I tried adding another "exterior" room at this level but then i get an error about volume overlap.
Room and Area settings are set at 1200 mm (Level difference is 3205 mm). I tried At system computed height, won't work either.
Anybody got an idea ?

what is the upper limit of your room set to? i tried it with the upper limit being the floor above (with an 8' offset) and it seemed to work just fine.

It was first set to 1200 mm.
