Here's another Dynamic Block I've been working on.

I call it ...... Dynamic Steel Roof Decking.

It's a simple array function, added to the decking in elevation, but I spend a lot of time drawing this and figured it'd be good for Dynamic Block-ization.

Dynamic Steel Roof Decking.
Any tips or ideas to make them better?Wow, talk about Great Minds..... (GMTA)... i also have those from awhile back..... (shall i just dump my whole DB lib here?.... nah!!)
anyway.... (they are  , aren't they?) add allignment parameters to the insertion points: inline with bottom for decking, that way you don't have to rotate after instertion, which is especially handy when placing decking on sloped framing...
now... is it my turn again already?

When I try to insert this block it Autocad says "invalid - Dynamic Steel Deck (Imperial) references itself".

Have you experienced this?

Thanks for your effort in creating this. I hope I can get it to work.

The Block is named the same as the Container Drawing.

Rename the Container Drawing and then insert this into you Target Drawing. You will need to explode the Block.
OR
Drop the Block Drawing into your favorite folder and then access it from Design Center by expanding the Drawing Name in the Folder list and choosing the DynBlk from the list of available blocks.
