Design Review 2007 (free version) unable to Register via Autodesk web site

I downloaded Design Review and the Service Pack.... both cannot be registered because AutoDesk's web site says their "Key" was "Previously Registered".

Now every single time I start Design Review it prompts me that there is an update available!

Argh!!!!

Sorry had to vent..... Any suggestions on solutions?

I'm not sure if it is his system. I received the exact same Serial Number along with the issue of not being able to register the product.

Scott I appreciate the help but just so you know if you look at the discussion boards on Autodeesk's site there are numerous posts of people having the same problem.
