Text display in project

How can you make the text you create in a family visible in a project as part of the family when you load the family into a project? any work around will be appreciated.i don't want to use a tag to display other details of the family.

I found one work around solution. i created the text as annotation and nested the annotation family into the family i want to load into a project.
