Revit Help shows a Revision sequence tag used in conjunction with a Revision number tag (screen shot attached).

I am missing something so can anyone point me in the direction of creating the Revision sequence tag - because nothing that I have tried produces the same result.

Try this:

Open the revision tag family. Highlight the label and push the "select parameter" radio button above. Choose the "revision" parameter in place of the "revision number" for the label. Save the family to a new name & load it into your project.

You'll then get both the sequence & the number...

Thanks Andrew, got that one, but I was not clear in my original post.

In the posted view the sequence No is (5) inside the revision cloud and not attached to the tag which is shown as 3. Still puzzled as to how they got it that way.

Is your revision schedule by sheet or by project? If by sheet then you can get those results I believe...

Wes, that is the solution and there is a need for a Revision Tag with the attributes that differ from the revision cloud Tag!

Thanks to both you and Andrew.
