Hi,

I'm working on a curtain wall and I've been looking all over for a casement window panel. Revit has the awning window preinstalled and I found a framed door panel on RevitCity. Can anybody help on that, or do casement windows not exist for curtain walls?

Thanks,
Axel

sometime you just have to bite the bullet and build it yourself. you could reverse engineer the awning window.

...which brings me back to the point that I haven't yet mastered Family Editing. I should take the last signs seriously and bite THAT bullet. I did think of the reverse engineering option, but didn't have time to figure it out quickly and had to move on.

Thanks,
Axel

If you have the time, it is worth it to learn how to make and edit families...you won't believe how much more it will let you do. I'd use the awning window as a base and try to modify it from there. The simplest way is to create a family that is only symbolic lines for each view(which behave like drafting lines), unless you really need it to look right in 3d.
