AutoCAD 2007 display becomes magnified and pixilated when panning...

We are having trouble with Autocad 2007

Two of our draughtsmen are having issue with their display suddenly becoming magnefied and pixilated this just happens when pan, copying, moving or any other basic commands they may be running (have attached image)
He changed to model tab then zoomed extents

Both machines have had SP1 installed

I have had one of them move onto my machine which is the same spec CPU, make, ram etc but i'm running ADT 2007 and they did not have the issues until the went back to their own machine, during the swap i was running my own drawings on their computer with out issue

This is just a guess: See if the WHIPTHREAD system variable is set to 0.

Thanks for that so far so good, the whipthread had been set at 2, ADT was set at 1
