I never noticed this before because I always used my one custom sheet template.
I needed an E1 so I was modifying the D that I had. The problem lies where the revision schedule is where it says "date....description". I have succeeded in the titleblock family, then I import it into my project. I make a new sheet and the date and description words have duplicated.
In my sheet view, if I select the titleblock and do a temporary hide, the text errors remain visible, meaning to me it's not part of the titleblock family, but of the project itself. There is nothing dragged onto the sheet at all, no views, no schedules, etc. I cannot select this text. If i drag a window across everything, it doesn't select that way either. No activate views, nothing. I'm stumped.
Also, if I select the titleblock and move it, the duplicate text moves with it. All I can think of is it's something in the settings somewhere
