How can I make a non-vertical wall??

If it is a curtain wall create ruled curtain system otherwise you will need to use an in-place family (wall) and create an extrusion. It will still behave as a wall. Ie: can place windows/doors etc...

Just make sure that you put the in place family into the 'wall' catagory so that you can add doors and windows when in an elevation view.
