Label field in annotation - get rid of ? mark if blank

I just created a new window tag that includes a label tied to the Comment parameter. I want to be able to insert "Transom" or "Tempered" into the Comment for the window. However, most windows won't have a comment.

How do I avoid the "?" that appears in the tag when I leave the Comment parameter blank for a window?
