For the last 2 days I've been getting this error everytime I shut down ACAD 2007:


FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0f94 Exception at 461575h

I just did a search on Autodesk and nothing came back.

Any suggestions?

Hi Thomas,

Fatal errors are sometimes hard to diagnose. Can you search your computer for acad.err files and post one if found (preferably from the latest crash)?

Also, have a look throught THIS THREAD (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=7434) and see if you find anything that helps.

After more experimenting, the problem is with one particular drawing. I purged everything & ran an Audit; the Audit found 5 problmes & fixed them, however, the problem persists.

I would try to remove all the drawing info into another file. Then purge and audit that drawing and see if the problem still persists. Was that drawing created possibly using a vertical? Or just plain vanilla CAD?

It was created in vanilla AuotCAD 2007.I followed your advice whioch I had already found in another thread and it works fine now.
