Ok, this is ever so slightly imperfect, but here is a pretty cool North Arrow Block.

have you tried playing with 'incremental' rotation? you could do that block with 3 vis states. But the N when rotated is a Z... if I can't modify the whole thing with one click, its really not worth it...

Ok, what magical-like thing did you use to not make the N be a Z???????????????????? Nice job, too

Ok, what magical-like thing did you use to not make the N be a Z???????????????????? Nice job, toothe use of a chained point parameter (that is set to move the selected item) to the rotation parameter. it forces the text to folow the point, not rotate about the center.
