Circuit Manager Corrupt?

We just converted a bunch of drawings from 06 to 07P1. We were working along fine for about a day, and now can not open any Electrical sheets that have any circuits in them. It seems the circuit manager has flaked. Any ideas?

Hi MAS,

Are you getting any error messages when the file doesn't open? If you are could you post what the error message is saying? If you aren't getting any messages could you post a drawing that is acting up and I'll take a look at it.

It appears that it is the drawing that contained the panels for the project. Once we dumped that file, all the other files were happier. In get the project out mode, we did not recreate the panels to test it. Here's the error we got.
