How do I put a curved wall (with sloped top) under a curved stair.

From what I can tell, you can not "attach" a wall to a stair nor can you edit the profile of a curved wall. I attached a picture of a plan and 3d view.

I suppose I might be able to do it with a sweep and and then a void extrusion perpendicular to the wall face...but I would hope there is a cleaner way.

I am also going to be exporting the model to render so I would rather create this as clean as possible vs. pieces with chunks taken out of it.

Thank you,
Boyd j.

Massing is your answer. Make an extrusion in plan with the round edge, and cut the top with a void. Then apply wall by face, pay attention to which face of the wall gets applied to the surface of the mass (i.e. finish face- exterior, core face, finish face-interior).

Chris price (Mr Spot) put together that tutorial.
