Keynote Legend ?

I have added a new keynote in the elevation, but it doesn't appear on the Keynote legend.
Why?

Are you using Revit 9.1?

If so, did you use the keynote tool?

If you used the keynote tool and keynoted an object, did you assign a keynote to it by choosing it from your keynote database? If you did not, then the tag will be there, but nothing will show up in the description in your schedule. Elaborate a little more.

I am trying to keynote the elements in the elevation.

View - New - Keynote Legend - and in the Keynote Legend Properties I have Key Value and Kenote Text.

Then I use the kenote tab on the design options to the left, to insert keynotes in the elevations. Then I enter the Keynote text next to the key value in the schedule.

Somehow, as I insert the keynote in the drawing view, the key value appears in the schedule, but I am not able to modify the text

Key Value Keynote Text
1 Glass Canopy
2 Composite Aluminium Panel
3 Frit Glass

and so on.

Not sure, If I am using the right keynoting method!
