Annotation - Callout

OK, forget the rotation limits. They don't work with multiple stretch actions.

Here is the finished version along with some of the other annotation tags I've been working on since ATP143. My callout is in there as well from the ATP. (I know there are thousands now)

The finished version of the wall tag is simpler and, dare I say, ("dare, dare" -Sherrif Bart) useable. I think I'll nickname it "squidy".

I took the liberty of splitting your blocks up into their own separate threads.

This way, it's easier for everyone to see the effort you put into your blocks and gives each of your blocks a chance to stand out and shine. Plus it's easier to categorize and search for them in the future, and we get to see the diversity of your work.
