Room Color pattern fill

Hi guys can someone help we with this plz? I have specified a fill pattern for one of my rooms but in shaded model graphics the pattern displays with a grey background. If however I set the model graphics to hidden lines then the room fill pattern displays correctly, only prob then is my walls etc doesnt display correct. Is there a way i can set the model grapics of the room fill pattern only?

You can't use shaded with edges and room fills. You'll have to set your walls course fill to a pattern/color you want.
