Keynote by sheet.....

Hi,
I have keynote Tags added to my demolition sheets. The Settings>Keynoting... is set to 'By sheet'. I have keynote legends inserted into my sheets D-1 and D-2. The problem is when I placed a tag #1 (existing window to be removed) on D-1 and the same note is placed on sheet D-2 but a differing tag #3 (existing window to be removed), the keynote legend #1 on sheet D-1 is blanked out. Is this normal or is there something I need to do right?

For the mean time I have the Settings>Keynoting... set to "By Keynote".

I would assume that this is a one of a kind situation and probably call support.
