Custom Callout Tag

Hello All...
I'm looking for a way to place a detail on a sheet and have the callout tag list it's sheet location based on a title block grid rather then just a number. Kind of like A-1 or B-2 on top of the sheet number in the call out tag?

I don't think it is possible - there are no parametric TB grid capabilities at this point. You'll have to stick with manual entry.
