How to do a foundation plan without the partitions?

I am trying to prepare a foundation plan showing only the concrete work and footings. I have dupicated the basement plan for this. How is drawing configured not to show the parition walls.

Use the View Filters to filter out any unwanted partition types....

Where is the view filter command? I couldn't find it. I did a search in the help section, and I still can't find it. I thing I am loosing it. I need a break. It would be great if you could lead this blind man to it. Many thanks,
