Can't make type error! Any workarounds?

I insert a window, loaded from library, I get the error can't make type and my only options are delete type or cancel.

This window works fine in a new project. What's going on? Any suggestions?

Do you have it already loaded in the project. Sometimes families that were drastically changed in the family editor that are already in the project that when you try to load them it can't find a way to update the family. Delete the family in the project family tree and then try to load into your project.

you might check the height of your window. I noticed that sometimes the window is placed too hight and doesn't completely cut the wall > then you get a 'no go'
