Callout rotation

Hi everyone.
Is it possible to rotate a callout plan view without rotating the title. I want to show my callout facing a detailed view.

Whenever I turn off the title on sheet, it turns all of the title off on the sheet.

rotate the crop region on the sheet. make sure you rotate it the opposite way you think it needs to be rotated. if you do not, you will find that it appears to have rotated the opp direction.

It does it. I tried rotating the view, but not the crop.
