Spot dimensions

I want to dimension to a point on a plan to locate control points, such as radius point locations and the corners of walls that are at angles. Is there a symbol or way to do this that i'm not seeing? I would like to just place a target at the intersection of two reference lines?

you could make your own detail component or symbol to accomlish this. I dont think there is a way to click a button and the centre point is lcoated (excpet if you are dimensioning a radius).
