Individual leader controls

When using text that requires multiple leaders we should have the option to control each leader head symbol independant of one another rather than controlled by a single leader type.

Could you post some actual examples of how/why this is used in practice? I'm just curious about it since I've never seen such a practice, different arrowheads for the same information that is.

The most common instance where this is beneficial is when calling out reinf in details.

Additionally I would like to be able to use the "remove leader" function and select the leader I want to remove as opposed to being limitted to only removing the last one placed.
It would be nice if the user could add "segments" to the straight leaders in place of being limitted to one or two. I would prefer this method over the appearance of "arc leaders"
