HI IS THERE A WAY TO PUT THE BLOCKS IN SIZE ORDER WHEN I USE THE ATT WIZARD INSTEAD OF HOW MEANING I HAVE ????????

You can sort by clicking column headings eg Just like the column headings in Windows Explorer.
