Hi All,

Is there a function to globally modify the output scale of a view? Let me give an example:

My partition plan fits well on a 30"x42" sheet, at 1/8"=1'-0" scale.

I'd like to put that same partition plan on an 11"x17" sketch titleblock. I know I can simply adjust the scale of the view to something like 1" = 30'-0"... BUT... none of my annotations will scale. Instead, my column bubbles will appear very large.

I know that my column bubbles will remain the same size in "paper space." But in this circumstance, I'd like to globally scale the entire view, annotation and all.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

You cannot scale annotations independently. The size of the annotations is driven by view scale. The reason this is done is so your text/ annotations will always be the correct size when plotting (i.e. 3/32"). This feature eliminates the use of multiple text types (i.e. AutoCAD) for different scales. You will find the same results with symbols, tags, text notes, dimension, filled regions(drafting)....

I know that this is not the answer you were looking for. Sorry.
