Hello people!

Can anyone please help me? I exported a not to scale CAD file that has dimensions written. Is there anything I can do to make it to scale using the dimensions i have in the drawing? Please help? I have been trying to solve this for an hour now. :(

Hi-

You can scale a DWG import using the scale tool, if absoultely necessary. I personally do not like using it, however.

I would remove the link/import, and reimport or link adjusting the initial scale or units to accomodate the differences in units...

Good luck!

If I understand correctly, you have exported a file from another program, not in the correct scale and you want to import it in Revit and correct the scale...
If that's the case, import the drawing and use scale command(numerical). You first have to find the correct number so measure a known distanse, find how bigger or smaller it is and make the adjustment.

I hope I understood correctly
