I have a 2-story apartment with a kitchen on the second floor. When I view the 1st floor, a dishwasher shows up from the 2nd floor. What setting do I need to turn off? Thanks

It might be that the dishwasher has its elevation set too high...

Are you by chance using the second floor as an underlay for the first???

Any chance it is part of a group and inadvertantly part of the "wrong" one?

I assume you've already cut a section to verify the object's vertical placement.
If you swap with another similar category object, does the problem still occur?

Here’s an idea…try applying one of the predefined revit view templates to your first floor plan view. In revit select the view pull down menu, select apply view template then select architectural plan.
