Drawing crawls when discipline is changed

We have two projects, started since 9.1, which crawl when the discipline is changed to anything other than architectural... though structural is not as slow as electrical or mechanical. On one project, the program becomes un-usable. On old projects, started before 9.1, we don't have any such problems.

Actually, it doesn't have anything to do with when the drawings were created... the older drawings are also crawling when you change to electrical of mechanical. Seems to be a graphics issue...

I've noticed this also, does anyone know how to fix this, or is there a "work-around"
