Transparent roofs in plan, should be opaque.

I'm stumped. I have a user who's roofs are transparent in plan... and only in plan. They display correctly in perspective, 3D, section, etc.

Visibility is set correctly... I think
Materials are set correctly... I think
Changing the view to shaded shows the roofs correctly... shaded with edges shows everything down to the floor below.
No filters in use.
No Plan regions.
No object style over rides.
Doesn't matter if it's set to course, medium, or fine.

What else can it be?!?!?!?

Turn off DWGs -- I've seen them screw things up like this before
Hit it with a view template from a good view.
Hopefully it's one or the other!
