I use CutePDF (http://www.cutepdf.com) - its a free pdf writer that seems to work great (I've been using it for 4 months now).

The office I work for purchased the bluebeam software from www.bluebeam.com and it works great. If you go to the website you will see there are different options to suit your work situation. I hope this helps you out and good luck!

Sincerely,
Brian Andresen

I would highly recommend the method posted by Aaron Rumple. We have implemented it in our office and it works great and it allows you to batch pdf's as well.

PDF995 is another free PDF creator. It works fine but it can't batch plots into one file.

If you output to a single DWF file, then use PDF995 to plot that, you can get a "batch plot" single file. However, you can't use PDF995 for auto-naming separate PDF files when plotting multiple sheets to separate files.

Hey there,

I like PDFCreator. It not only does pdf file, but will save out to other formats like JPG, TIFF, PNG and others. I use for a lot of things.
