Formatting a Shared Parameter?

How can I access the formatting option for my newly created shared parameter?

For example: I want to have a date/time stamp in my titleblock that is in a different format than what Revit supplies by default. How can I create my own date/time stamp with an option to edit the format (to a specific standard)?

You can asign formatting as you place the label. It is part of the labels property - not the shared parametere's property. However - in your specific instance, there are no date format settings.
