Door Family Take Three!

Ok, so here is my issue, I have a nested door panel family and a nested frame family in a single Door Family. They work great as of now. If I change a type they flex correctly. However, If I attempt to link the Frame Depth parameter from the frame family to that of the Frame Depth parameter of the hosting door family is acts up and quits flexing at all, I get errors and all kinds of problems. Can anyone help, I have been working on door families for 3 days and if I can't get this wrapped up today I may go insane.

I had a quick look at your Rfa. The devil is your nested Frame Rfa. I redrew it and added one of the two offsets.
In general ; Use Ref. Planes to create solids and voids, avoid locking to solids, add parameters and Ref. Planes in sketch mode only if you have to and flex-flex-flex.
If I where you I started all over again.
