Scale default setting in Titleblock

I have set up a custom title block with at scale parameter that updates with each sheet. Our only problem is that when there are multiply scales on a sheet it gives an ugly note of "as indicated

I was wondering if there is a way to change the "As Indicated" note to something else.

If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate it.
