Shifting Parameters

Not a deal breaker....just don't understand.

I've got a family with the paramters "Glazing - Material", "Hardware - Set #" and "Frame - Material" under the "Identity Data" heading (see atached "Family Parameters"). When I load the family into a project, they move to the "Other" heading (see attached "Project Parameters").

Any similar experiences or idea why? Just wanting to keep everything grouped together.

Could it be possible that the family was already loaded into the project after parameters have been moved to a new category ?
Can you post the family ?

If you are bringing it into the project when it is already inside like dhurtubise is suggesting are you overriding when it asks or aren't you? Sometimes you need to override for things to work correctly. It does mean that will need to check if the window hasn't gone back to it's original size if you have changed it in the project. If you are using instance parameters you will definitely need check every time.
