AHHHHH! :Oops:
I can not remember the dimension override switches that I haven't used since A2k2.
I need to add a "typ" under a dimension in 07.
This is an absolute brain fade; I can't even find it in the help files. :(

unless you are doing this in lisp, you can adjust all this in the dimstyle dialog box..

I remembered the "%%" direction and "/", but I was thinking "N" or "P" or...

Also, \P will place text under the preceeding text (where \X places it under the dimline)

Also, \P will place text under the preceeding text (where \X places it under the dimline)that was the old way before the enhanced text editor if i remember correctly...
funny, how we still need that "\X" to get the text to play 'Limbo'...

Yea, I remember learning about that at AU in '98 in, I am pretty sure, Donnia's class..

Additionally you may wish to take a look at the following thread...

That would work good for adding Min./Nom./Ref. I use the
routine from that post daily.
A routine to add the text "typ." should also ask "how many?".
The user could put in "Typ 2, Typ 3, etc.".
I am not real good with autolisp.
Anyone care to venture?
