revit consistantly crashing on STC

i just upgraded to the latest build of Revit and not my file crashes on Save to Central

ill save it, then i STC, then it crashes and asks be to save a recovery file, then when i proceed to save a recovery it shuts down and i loose my work, i usually can load the file i saved to my desktop and save that to central, but its annoying having to basically crash and restart revit at each save!! and if i forget to save to my desktop first i loose my work every time

please help, i need construction documents out soon, and this is slowing me down big time

When you upgrade it's important to follow those rules :
1 - Relinquish all local files to central
2 - Delete all local files
3 - Upgrade you workstation
4 - Open the central file and save with the new build
5 - Recreate all local files

ya... i just did that after this post, im working on it now, we will see when it comes to that time thanks ill keep this post informed
