Attached are two images of a model I am currently working on. The first one is that of a topo surface I created by importing an AutoCAD survey. In the left center of the image is a closed irregular shape that is the outline of a lake. The perimeter of the lake is at elevation 166'. To create the lake I used the sub-region tool and traced the outline of the lake / 166 topo (see the second image). But for some reason there are several stray lines across the lake that did not appear before I created the sub region. Any thoughts one how to fix this? I have already unsuccessfully tried to use the line work tool.

If those lines are contours, you should be able to annotate them using Label Contours. In which case, try setting the lake subregion height to 166.1 feet, which should keep it clear of contour lines.

Any chance the ACAD file is still on in the view?
Looks like those may be the triangulated edges of the dwg mesh.

The AutoCAD files is still on in the view, but the file has no mesh in it. It is just topo lines with Z elevations.
