Z, do you still have your "Newbie's Guide..." and could you post it? I got it off the old Revit boards, but can't find it now, and am starting my first real project with Revit. It was a very helpful primer.

Actually I can't find it again.... I am the worst at that kind of stuff.

steve, if you do have it, feel free to post it. I'd like to update it, I wrote it for 4.5.

Nice tutorial, Here is how I handle the sill plate. I've recreated the dimensional lumber section to be 4 triangular filled regions so they hide without the extra step of the filled region. I use this component on all wall sections it helps on the blocking at the roof also.
