Another question for Brick Pattern

Good morning guys:

Thanks for all your help. Now, I have another two questions about the brick pattern.

1. Can you have two different brick patterns in the same wall? If not, what do you do to take care of this situation?

2. Please see attach, the brick pattern next the window. How do you do that?

Yes,

You need to use the Split Face command, and create an boundry for a portion of the wall. Then you can use the Paint tool, to "paint" the different brick material into that area.
