Trouble with inserting window in wall

I am having tremendous trouble loading a window into a wall from some of the australian window families supplied with the program. Could some one help to check if it is me or the window family. A will attach a window family for follow up

No problem here. Exactly what problems are you having? What is the wall type and configuration (straight, curved etc.)

It is a straight wall. The message I get is that it can't cut the window into the wall-- Do you think that I am doing something wrong ??? Any suggestion will go a long way to solve the problem
